That’s why we’re proud to be sponsoring the Inspiring Automotive Women Awards 2026 and backing the Who Inspires You? nominations campaign.
Run by the Automotive 30% Club, this campaign is all about recognising the incredible women who are making a real difference in automotive. These are the people who champion others, challenge the status quo, and quietly (or not so quietly!) push things forward to make our workplaces and our industry more inclusive.
Some are senior leaders creating space for change. Others are mentors, role models or trailblazers in roles not typically held by women. Many are doing the work behind the scenes, whether that’s supporting female colleagues, or helping shape more inclusive policies. Whatever their role, their impact matters.
Why it means something to us
As part of the 30 by 30 pledge, we’ve committed to having at least 30% of our senior team made up of women by 2030. But for us, it’s not about ticking boxes, it’s about creating a culture where everyone can thrive. Where people feel seen, supported and able to build a career they’re proud of.
I’ve been lucky to grow with Direct Affinity CX over the years, and now, leading our internal 30 by 30 work, I see first-hand how powerful it is to have visible role models. When you see someone who looks like you, who shares your background or challenges, achieving big things, it opens doors in your own mind too.
That’s what this campaign does. It celebrates the people who are making a difference, and by sharing their stories, it helps others believe they can do the same.
