Direct Affinity CX named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2025

We’re incredibly proud to share that Direct Affinity CX has been named among the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2025, ranking in the top 50 nationwide.

This recognition, awarded by Great Place To Work®, celebrates organisations that are going beyond good intentions to create genuinely inclusive and empowering environments for women at every level. It highlights companies that are removing barriers to progression, fostering supportive cultures and ensuring that all employees, regardless of gender, are respected, valued and able to thrive.

At DACX, we believe a better gender balance isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s key to building a stronger, more forward-thinking business. Over the past year, we’ve invested in the policies, support systems and career development pathways that help everyone reach their potential – alongside our ongoing involvement in the Automotive 30% Club’s 30 by 30 campaign.

This award is based on anonymous feedback from the women in our team: how they experience our culture, values and leadership in practice. From that feedback, some of our highest-scoring areas include trust in leadership, a strong sense of community, and opportunities for personal and professional development.

“This is a brilliant place to work. You’re trusted to get on with your job, treated like a human being and given the space to be yourself. There’s a real sense of fairness and work-life balance and I can’t think of anything that would make it better.” – Anonymous employee feedback

Lottie Roberts, Operations Director at Direct Affinity CX, said:

“This recognition reflects the care and intention we put into shaping our culture. We want every woman here, whether she’s leading a team, learning something new, or returning after parental leave, to feel seen, supported and able to succeed.”

Morgan McKenna, Team Leader, added:

“Starting out in my career, I didn’t expect to find this level of support and opportunity so early on. I’ve been encouraged to push myself, take on new challenges and grow into a leadership role, and I’ve always felt like my voice matters. That’s had a huge impact on my confidence and ambitions.”

This is our second award from Great Place To Work® in the past 12 months, following our in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ 2025 list.

We love the culture we’re building and the people who make it what it is. As we grow, we’ll continue to use the insights and feedback shared with us to ensure we’re creating a workplace that works for everyone.
